Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and Brio Reach for the use of Brio LiveChat.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping passwords secure. Each agent seat is for one named person.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance in USD. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Brio to send spam or unlawful content.
- Do not upload malware or try to access other workspaces.
- Tell your visitors that you use live chat in your own privacy notice.
Fair use
Unlimited features cover normal use by real visitors. We may rate-limit automated or abusive traffic to protect the service.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your workspace stays read-only for 30 days so you can export data, and then it is deleted.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
