Install Brio LiveChat on WordPress
The Brio LiveChat plugin adds the widget without editing theme files. It works with any theme and with WooCommerce.
Install the plugin
Download the plugin
Download brio-livechat.zip from the Downloads page, or from Settings, then Install code in your Brio workspace.
Upload it to WordPress
In your WordPress admin go to Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin. Choose the zip file and click Install Now.
Activate
Click Activate Plugin. A Brio LiveChat item appears in the admin menu.
Connect your account
Open Brio LiveChat in the menu, paste your site key and click Save.
Configure
Choose whether the widget shows on all pages, only on WooCommerce pages, or everywhere except pages you list. Signed-in WordPress users can be passed to the chat with their name and email.
Troubleshooting
Widget not showing? Clear your caching plugin, such as LiteSpeed Cache, WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache, and exclude briolivechat.com from JavaScript delay or combine settings.
